wait for the luminkey60 pro? this one isn't not out yet as far as i know unless you have an early proto. also not sure if we're looking at the same product page but i don't see via support listed on it either. are you be referring to another keyboard on their website?

so i went through it with the qk team and we found that it is less than 1 mm off center lol it looks really bad at first but the clip kinda shows how much my lighting affected it

i'm personally a big fan of the accent sides. i think with these specifically themed boards, it can be hard to hit the right audience. like the freya being an example. if you don't like the theme though, doing something interesting (accent sides, doggo eyes lighting up etc) to the design would be another way to grab people's interest

i can see that. if i had to guess, they wanted another board to follow chimera (hobby was in a different place at the time though) and this would be a continuation of that line. but i personally think they did a really good job with trying new designs with this board. my tin foil hat theory is maybe they're stress testing the manu with these more complex designs to see how far they can go (just a theory of mine heh) plus with all the parts to assemble the board, i can see why the pricing is also higher. they did mention that their boards are smaller batch manufacturing which is also adding to the price. hard to compete with some brands that can mass produce boards, but i think they're moving in a similar and more affordable direction esp with the VIDA.

ahh i'm so sorry i didn't see this earlier i'd say the zoom definitely has more customization options if that's something you're looking for. not only can you buy extra parts to change out the accents but they're releasing the files for certain parts so you can 3d print pieces out. i really did like the cork though, it's an interesting thing as someone who doesn't typically use foam in their boards. plus i like the idea of the shelf attachment they've created. it's also the first zoom board that has a screen + rotary in one board. if you like having the screen, this updated one was pretty nice, definitely an upgrade from their previous 75. neo75 cu is definitely more classy looking and might be a good option if you're looking for a heavier board. neo only has 2 mounting options and there's less going on with the overall design but i think their mounting design is really smart. i'm referring to top mounting a board that has ball catch. neo has changed that to bottom mount (which i appreciate) while the zoom75 tiga still has top mount which is difficult to disassemble. however, i felt like the variance between the 2 mounting wasn't very drastic so if you happen to not like how the neo75 feels, the other mounting style is going to be similar-ish while you have more variance with the zoom75. i like softer-typing boards so the zoom75 felt a lot better to me.

​@@xinxinwonghey thanks, I wound up ordering the zoom before the GB ended because it's the one I like the look of more (I like that it's not so classy looking, I felt like the neo would have been like putting a Rolls Royce keyboard into my Ford Mustang desk setup, so to speak) and the options are more appealing to me, and the neo will probably be more available later if I really want one, plus now I can get it in a different color because I knew I wanted a purple board but really some of my favorite colors on the neo aren't the purple one (it still looks great though, just a little darker than what I want from a purple)

unfortunately i haven't gotten to use a womier sk71 so i can't comment on the build quality or how it feels/sounds. in terms of layout, while they both have arrow keys, womier's arrow keys are separated. instead of the 3 extra keys on the side for the tess, you'll have 6 for the womier. womier will come fully built while you'll still need switches/stabs/keycaps for the tess. tess has 2 mounting styles (gasket/top) while womier is only gasket. womier only comes with a pc plate while you have 4 (technically 5) choices with the tess. both have wireless compatibility and are hotswap. womier has rgb while the tess does not. ultimately it'll depend on whether you want a fully built board (womier) vs one that you'll have to assemble (tess). also the color choices and layout are different. if you like having options in terms of plates/mounting styles, tess will offer more. i can't comment on the quality of the womier but i can say that the tess is really really nice.

the silver/white + green weight has a nice contrast :O i like the mocha one personally!
