This is a great neighborhood that I've called home for 24 years. North Drive is a pleasant oasis. The Humber River is just a short walk away and offers miles of walking and biking trails. I sat by the river last week and watched dozens of salmon spawning in the shallow rapids. Hard to believe you are in a city of 3.5m and 15 minutes from the airport.

Look, the sqf of the house is great, but materials used in the house does not look as extravagant, and not worth the money. There are other homes in other countries that are even smaller than this house that looks better on the interior. They put more effort and better materials in the house again for a fraction of the cost. Look at the woodwork, the stairs, the tiles, it all looks cheap and the price for this house is going to be extremely high. The exterior of the house looks amazing but everything else inside from the floor. Some of the walls doesn't.

This house looks as if it is out of a bad 90s mafia movie. I'm waiting for Tony Soprano to walk into the kitchen. The layout is horrible, it is beyond gaudy, and in need of a huge renovation. Good luck trying to sell this, especially with a $27,000 yearly property tax.

I couldn't live here. A.) It's in Canada and the only person more of a tyrannical idiot than our current dum dum president, Brandon himself is Justin Trudeau and B.) I would be tempted to say "I'm your huckleberry. Why Johnny Ringo, you look like someone just walked over your grave'. I mean the home is gorgeous and all, but having the home means you have to act the part and to act the part, you need the pistols but Canada has draconian gun laws, so... But I do love BC and Vancouver. Toronto is awesome. Sudbury and Clive Hollows area.
