This was my experience with my first job as a nanny. I ended up quitting over text after being unnecessarily lectured by the mother. She begged me to come back a week later and I ignored her. I've had other jobs since, but jobs were finding me eventually. But I definitely recognized when I was dealing with someone who was going to give me the same issues. I was definitely afraid of losing that first job! It started with watching the child, to be asked to only speak and teach a second language, top it off house keeping was slowly added on. And gor very little money! But I'm glad I at least took some valuable lessons from it. Thanks for sharing and talking about this topic.

Thanks for sharing this story, it's really important for people to know how to value their talent, skills, knowledge, or the contribution they give to the world because when you know your own worth, you're gonna have boundaries and values, which will lead you to not accept anything that comes your way because "you don't have another choice". It's actually happened to me when I just graduated as a software engineer, a job opportunity came in when they offered me low salary, at that time I was just starting out I said that it's okay the most imortant thing is the experience that I'll have, but that job ended up being the most difficult thing I ever experienced, they basically exploited me, and I changed dramatically I lost my old self, I became negative, angry all the time, feeling lost, and that because I was in a toxic environement. But after 9 months, I realized that my mental health is affected, and I wasn't growing, in fact I was becoming another person, a bad version of myself. So I decided to quit. Actually sometimes these experiences are good because they teach you how to value yourself because no one will ever know what you worth. You have to know how to stand up for yourself and say no to opportunities that not align with your values, even if you have 0$ in your pocket. Because that's when people will start to respect you.

this stuff like manipulation is exist in all country ,in all type of works , one point yu talk about it issam when yu show yur weakness to the companies will eat yu , like when the company know yu take a credit from the bank ,will manipulat yu from this point . i wanna tell to every one, god give us anything from this world not human like us , thanks issam for sharing this story

I finally found your english channel, I'm also a young solopreneur trying to build my businesses and I share everything in my channel, but I don't show my face yet (even though I'd really love to show my personality and people actually can resonate with me) but the thing is I don't really have yet a good camera or a good setup ( when I say a good camera I mean literally i have an old phone which doesn't have a good quality camera).
