Though I have experience of 2+ years as an Accounting and IT associate, and 1 year of relevant exp in d365, they want to consider me as a fresher. How much pay should I expect? As you are a fresher, companies like Infosys have their own standards and bench mark. Get the job. Get experience and think about pay package after you get few years of experience.

So, to secure the job, how much expected package should I mention in the job application ? I need your help so I can secure the job. Please help me with this sir. I watched the complete video with great patience. The things that I must appreciate here are the questions you asked Mr. Jayakishor. You covered a vast gamut of questions probably every question that might cross a person's mind who is seeking career advise. Mr. Anand's candid answers and stratight to the point approach is highy appreciated. He didnt try to mince words or show any dreams. He spoke very practical things so that anyone listening should not be dreamy and impratical when it comes to building career. However, on a lighter note I believe very few would have a career of 20 to 25 years in the coming future. AI would almost replace every job in next 20 years. Probably only those who work on AI tech would have jobs (may be even they might be rendered use less with AGI). A small request, can you release a episode on AI and how it will impact the jobs and employment in various sectors. What is the time frame for which we as human beings would be employable? post which we would be just be rendered useless.

@dipydave8742 Great. If you have domain experience in banking and insurance then become a an domain expert. You can brush up your BA skulls or learn BA Essential skills and get into business analysis in banking and insurance projects Your other experience will come in handy as a BA. Write a proper CV and start applying for jobs once you are ready. All the best 👍

As a BSA, you already deeply understand business processes, requirements gathering, and system functionalities-skills foundational to the SA role. To make the transition, start by enhancing your technical skills, especially around system integrations, cloud architectures, and specific platforms like Dynamics 365 or AWS - whatever is required. Familiarize yourself with architecture frameworks and aim to work on complex projects that require you to define or influence the solution design....basically start thinking about how you can fulfil needs or deliver value to the best possible technical solution.

Why my estimated Labor cost is coming as 0? In Estimates tab, cost is calculated as 0 , however Sales is calculated correctly. Assuming sales is calculated based on Sales Price list that we have selected for this project, how cost is calculated? Are we selecting Cost List Price as well for the project somewhere?

@@Vedbayadii have already created both sales price list and cost price list, however just like we select sales price list while creating a project in a quote line, are we also selecting cost price list somewhere to let the project know which cost price list to use?

Cost price list will be considered when you create a project at the step of associating your contracting unit. Each contracting unit will have a cost price list. During the project planning stage, when you estimate or add resources, if you had setup the resources with costs then estimation will come correctly. Check video from 1h:25m onwards

there's a scenario what if I as a head of projects department want to access of all the conversation from start of project to closing that my project manager fellow had with client so for that is there an admin account where all the client and project managers details conversation regarding project can be seen

@t_mahajan1411 That is true. Before starting your venture, it is better to gain some work experience. You will get to know how a company works, how employees work...etc But being a business analyst will provide you the opportunities for working in projects where you need to understand your clients' business, work with them, etc. Being a BA is a high responsibility role, and you will definitely be in a better position to be in becoming an entrepreneur with all the learning and experience
