Great Picks, curious on where you go to get these finds? (Not location) is this a local shop with bargain Bins? Is there a Market, like a flea market? A lot of the shops stopped having a section of the store with hundreds of 25 cent to 50 cent titles. I miss those days

I pick up 90% of my books from swap meets. Storage guys pick up collections and want to make quick money so I buy them for cheap. If its somebody who makes a living from selling comics. I pay at a reasonable price and they give me a discount as a returning customer 😁

Very cool pick up, I have a The Flash 12 cent comic and in mint condition its worth $300. Sadly like a bunch of yours it's not in great condition, but just owning it and reading it is cool. Besides I don't purchase anything in my collection to sell unless I have doubles. It's just fun having some old famous comic books.

I am the same way. I dont really sell and I love having famous comics no matter the condition it is in. Like that comic expression goes, "low grade is better than no grade!"

@@ComicSnags 💯 Exactly, I don't care if they are a not perfect. The point is that you own a copy of some of these high priced ones even if they're not actually worth the Near Mint price. I would prefer to have something in better condition, but you take the best deal at the cheapest price. I'm not going to go broke trying to buy a gem mint 10 comic or card. I have the Beatles Abbey Road record that I paid $10 dollars for. It's not in great condition, but I can say I own the record and that's all that really matters to me. It still plays great! I won't keep any records that don't play or any comics that have missing pages or anything, there is a limit to what I want in my collection.

If you can get a CGC 5.0 on that Betty and Me, it may ballpark around the $400 mark. Maybe a little less, but it was a good pickup. I am not sure what those names stamped all over it will do to the grade. I'm sure not any lower than a 4.0.

Don’t sleep on the Bondage Fairie book, it’s actually quite a valuable series. Rare and there are people into it - I bet you could sell it for $50

The Prince Namor 8 with Thing is a Gem! Showcase 94, I tend to almost collect DC Comics with the classic stars Logo on top Left Corner, thats my aesthetic part of my finds for DC, lol That is a Joe Jusko Cover for the Sad Wings of Destiny
