Yes 2nd baggage you have to pay. You can add in your booking. Liike my hubby adds for 170$ when he came back from Dubai.

No you can add anytime. Go to my booking select a particular flight & then thr will be options like manage flight/ add baggage etc. you can check its must be there. You don’t have to wait for 24 hours prior to departure..
