Never thought that a Family Yoga course could be so much fun 🥳 💖 The teachers have brought so much creativity to the classes and we have learned super fun exercises and techniques that are also applicable to yoga for adults, teens and children 🧘🏻‍♀️👌 Thank you all for the good vibes, it was really wonderful 🥰

Another wonderful weekend with these amazing people 🥰 We have learned very interesting topics such as breathing anatomy, breathing exercises to increase lung capacity, practices such as sun salutation, relaxation and meditation asanas and others 👍 One of the highlights of the weekend were the discussions on the Art and Tools of Teaching where the future teachers could learn more about this wonderful job of teaching yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️✨ Thank you all for such beautiful moments 🩵

May 2024 we started another teacher training course and we are glad to have such loving people with us 🥰

agreed with others - this yoga nidra has the potential to be incredible. unfortunately half way through i had to be bombarded with an ad screaming “I DIDNT REALIZE THIS FACT ABOUT WOMEN AND MONEY” that kind of killed it
