This is the movie I fell in love with him. He was so versatile handsome and sexy. I will ALWAYS love him and his version of Colonel Christopher Brandon is the only one I accept❤

I love Alan in this role. But at a moment that require just a little bit of a release of tension Hugh Laurie holding his son. It was what was required at that point.

Manly, sensitive, intelligent, charming, and just a little shy, Colonel Brandon is played brilliantly by Alan Rickman. I don't think I would have fallen for the character had it not been for Rickman's exquisite portrayal.

Thank you so much for this beautiful video, It is my very best of Alan and also reminds me what I've lost,...I can't see this video without crying. I miss him so much. Without his intensions, I sensed something more than the Colonel Brandon in this film, his humanity, seriousness, and warmth of his heart as a person. I love 'Sense and Sensibility' because When a good story, music, good director, and experts meets, they can make wonderful movie and Alan can be even more dignified, sparkle with this sort of film. As Alan was always saying that the movie is all about "collaborative" project, He is tremendously humble not to tell you about his personal opinion on this film, always focused on praised other elements like his co-stars, director which made me even more curious about him as a person.
