Great point, as lean thinkers we are taught to solve problems, I have a mirror on the front and rear of my van so i can see both clearly. On my personal car I have a reverse camera... neither were expensive. I regularly use the reflection in the shop windows for better view, on the same token if the cafe could ask the city council to mark the car parks, that would set the expectation also, the vehicle manufacturers are now including such features in the cars. So we can solve the problem many ways. I don't think the driver was doing anything malicious, and I have seen multiple different people park like this. The question is are we sensitive enough to notice? I'm learning and improving and I've been this guy. Thanks for a different set of eyes / perspective.

Time will tell, if I do a square there are doors in each corner, due to acceleration, circles ok. The laser co2 at the library had the same issue

The one thing that should be perfect is their sticker with their name, I mean it's a pride thing, we made an awesome product and are proud to put our name on it, get that right no one will notice, get that wrong every one will notice. It's like integrity we do it right even thin the client will never notice or care, because we know. Thanks for the comment

That's a good question, we are going to sell the other forklift now, even though it is newer, it doesn't have, container mast, no side shift, lower weight capacity and lower max height. But yes I think it will make it more desirable, and valuable.
