It is amazing how the judgements such as "everyone won't be saved" lead to the following - "I'm saved and you're not..." - the judger is ALWAYS on the "good side", even though it is very obvious they are not. And, while we're at it, why do such people ONLY obsess about other people's sexual lives? Are their's inadequate? lacking? are they projecting? reaction formation? what? it is no mistake that most of the brass at ENRON we're evangelicals...there is really only one deadly sin - what are the other six?

I noticed that so many called "Christians," boast to be "saved." Nonetheless, being saved doesn't give you Carte Blanche to mistreat others and being unkind. That's a hypocritical ideology...after all, Jesus said: Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Be nice not arrogant!

What a blessing it is to have all of you delivering such a positively inspiring message. You all nailed it once again. The message is simple, Believe, have faith and trust that Christ is within all of us waiting to share blessings. That's all we need.

Jenny, I find contentment in whatever circumstance. When I was homeless, I was content yet scared meaning, I didn’t have out. Now I utilize where I’ve been to do greater things because I have that experience to live differently

Jesus isn’t an experience. He isn’t something we can experience this Christmas. What if you didn’t experience Jesus this Christmas does that mean that God isn’t Sovereign? The reason for his birth was so all can have salvation by grace through Jesus Christ.

Although I was not able to make it to the service in person, I am thankful to watch it online. I have to give thanks to GOD for the woman and her husband who came back to my job a few days ago and blessed me with an envelope. It really made my day. It was truly a blessing. Inside was the Lessons and Carols invitation flyer. I am going through a tough time right now, facing homelessness. I live in a hotel with my children, and it’s a struggle at times to keep paying the cost to stay there. Even though I work 2 jobs, sometimes it’s not enough. But GOD always makes a way out of no way. I truly believe that. Although challenging, I never lose my faith. That day she came back to my job, so unexpectedly of her to do what she did. She has no idea how she made Christmas extra special. I am so thankful in so many ways. I pray that GOD continue to bless her and her family. I know we are blessed by what we do for others not by what we do for ourselves. She was our Mrs. Miracle. And I know that one day I will be able to pay it forward. Kindness goes a long way. I will always remember this. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas!

I also would like to add that Deuteronomy 22:10 being linked to also Deuteronomy 7:3-4. “Furthermore, you shall not intermarry with them; you shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor shall you take their daughters for your sons. For they will turn your sons away from following Me to serve other gods; Here is the reason not to be yoked together with unbelievers who do not profess Jesus Christ as the way the truth and the life. Who has not fully submitted themselves to obeying his commands. They still want control. Bad company ruins good morals and it’s true. As Christians we recognize we are nothing but filthy rags. The sin within our fleshly members sometimes does not do what is in our spirit all the time. And the environmental conditions that surrounds us. Society and married to people who claim to be Christian’s yet do not practice holiness especially in marriage can impact our relationship with God. Our spouses or partners have the biggest influence on us second to God and it really does make us stumble. Gods wisdom is objectively true. Society will tell you differently and say a Muslim and a Jew can marry. And that is a lie because our faith is apart of our core values which guide our lives and how we see the world. Someone is going to deny their faith and come to join the other or make up their own truth.

My daughter figured it out but didn't want to spoil the mystery or disappoint her mom and me, so she had an expression, "If you don't believe, you won't receive." My dad told me that his mom still left a gift from Santa under the tree even when he was home on leave from the Marines. We always kept the secular separate from the sacred even in opening the gifts. For at least three generations we read the Christmas story from either Matthew, or Luke and pray before opening presents. Just a thought, the poem "A Visit From St. Nicholas." was written by a published theologian. It was written as a Christmas gift to his children and resisted admitting he was the author for many years because he thought is was foolish. This poem is where we get the names of the reindeer, (except Rudolph), and a description of Santa.
