Why does he release his shot on the way down? His made shots look much better before the ball ever leaves his hands.

Bennett was good. If he scored a few more baskets and done better, he’s a bonafide superstar.

How tf did this guy go 1st overall like he can't shoot but continues to launch 3s, he doesn't kno how to move without the ball and space the floor, he can't shoot free throws like this guy was terrible wtf

Crazy how Cleveland could've got Giannis back then but instead chose this bum. Giannis Kyrie and LeBron would've been a monster trio.

The variety in his misses is actually almost impressive. 3-Point bricks, mid-range bricks, missed free throws, missed layups, layups being blocked and even managed to throw in an air ball and botch an uncontested standing drunk attempt. Is there nothing this man can do?

Has anyone heard of the term, encouragement? All I see are negative comments coming from people who have no idea what it's like to play at that level. It's extremely difficult! I would like to see you all do a better job, if you can make it! At least he can say he made it. I have personally played with Anthony Bennett himself, and the guy can ball.
@primetime2362 Жыл бұрын
As nba fans we have every right to comment and critique, this man was taken number 1 in the draft. Cleveland fans to this day have every right to be upset on what was a forgetful day in draft history. The old “I like to see you do a better job” doesn’t apply when it’s Anthony Bennett 😂
@Mrfixit1099 Жыл бұрын
@primetime2362 Sure, you have the freedom to comment and critique him, but that's not the point, you guys are being negative, that's the point. Is there room for Anthony to improve, absolutely, but as a 1 overall draft pick, the pressure can be too high sometimes. Cut him some slack! Basketball is part mental, and some people fold under intense pressure. In my opinion, he should have spent the 4 years at UNLV and and then entered the draft.

Players have bad shooting slumps so whatever, but its so odd at how many easy layups and dunks he missed. You could tell the dude was completely out of shape. I cant believe i thought he was gonna be a Larry Johnson lite. I even had him going 4th in the draft.

This dude actually had skill even in these lowlights , what he didn’t have was the mental aspect of the game, the confidence u need to compete in the NBA, anybody at the pro level will tell u that’s 90% of the battle, hence why he was a massive failure, but skill and physicality wise he’s similar to many successful players in the NBA today ex. Draymond green body type with better shooting , pascal siakam type of skill set, if he had either of these guys confidence, tenacity and work ethic he would be in the league
