How much area does the leech field require? Would this system be suitable for a single family home in the country side or a farmhouse in a farm field? Could it accommodate a triplex as well? How long would the biomass be able to survive without waste input or other supplement such as dogfood? Could the system be powered by solar power or natural gas supplies and how much power would be required? Thanks for bringing this topic to the attention of the public!

Ther has been no residual disinfectant in our water system for at least 60 years. Turbidity in the mains like 11 - 27... once i discovered an old system for wells ,retrofitted for surface system pipelined 90 miles.... i was able to determine the concentration of chlorine would have to be consistently above 5 mg/l to dilute into 1.5 million gallon tank and two miles of 16 inch line. City is now 1000 folks from 8000 ... 100 year old mains...some from 1907. Our sewer plant cannot water our football field because the turbidity is too high at a 5 .... the effluent has been chlorinated to a 2.4 .... it is at least ten times as safe as our "potable" water in our mains. Buy a filter for your home.

A lot of these simple, common sense solutions will go along way towards protecting against hacking and other cybersecurity threats, plus they are perfectly doable for small systems without adding a lot of expense.

I'm an employee for Miami-Dade County and I did the interview and took the pre exam for the Water Treatment Plant Operator 1 Trainee. Scored a 90 on it first try with no prior knowledge of this position. Just received an email after year of waiting, asking if I was still interested. Of course I said yes and will soon be starting my new journey. It looks fascinating and it's something I'm really strong at when using my brain more. I can't wait! 😁😁💯

Really good choice of career! I've been an operator for 2 years and have a class 2 certification making mid $30s an hour and I'm only 22. It's really easy to make good money quickly. I'm from Canada so I'm not sure if it's as easy to level up in the states or not. Goodluck man

@fernando200485
@fernando200485 Жыл бұрын
