I am Air Force and we are moving up to North Pole AK in June unfortunately because i would have liked to invest in GF. I should have in 2019, so in that regard you are correct to your original point of "just buy the house". However I honestly would like to keep talking about this. Reason being is in my opinion right now it's good for some people to buy, but most people in the US should not be buying right now. I could be wrong, and I'd like you to convince me I'm wrong. But, if I'm right than that means you would be leading clients down the wrong path and I'm sure you wouldn't want to do that. Would you be open to sharing ever more of why I'm wrong (in order to teach me) and also hearing of ways you in my opinion you may be able to help your clients ever better?
