Every day I am thankful that my hair doesn't need protective styling 😭 my arms would DIE!!!! I used to help play cousins with their braids when I was little, and they'd be drooling over my hair while I would wish for any kind of texture (which I got as I grew older and lemme tell ya I can't handle even a little bit of white girl texture 🥲 lmfao) You must have felt SO much relief scratching your scalp after getting those braids out holy shit

I always just get a parameter retouch. I have fine low density hair. So it's best to just take it down, wash reconditioned, and rebrand. I get a touch-up at 3 weeks, then take it out completely at 6vweeks
