Also a fun fact for those who have alts! If you store your current fruit and trade the ASE, the fruit wont be deleted, once you get back the ASE the stored fruit will remain there for you to eat

Lets say you dont have a fruit inside the ASE and you ate a Mera. If you store that Mera in the ASE, OfCourse it will be stored. Then you eat a random fruit, with the mera in the ASE. You can swap that fruit you ate with the mera, but the fruit you swapped with mera will be deleted.

1:29 just be careful that you dont wait TOO LONG because bankai boss does more damage the longer the fight goes on so if you abuse this it will end up doing 2 bars per m1, however if its just for a skill to go off cooldown then this is fine 👍👍

But for the people who dont, they most likely need a guide. its as simple as that. Stop possibly comparing people who have already beaten this bankai to the people who haven't.

i'm so lost rn, do shikai/res/volt rerolls reset you to stage 1 or naw? I've seen multiple people use it and they're able to fight their bankai right after but that could be because they edit the grind out or sum

For Shinigami's, resetting your shikai at any stage does absolutely nothing to your stage progression. (Just don't get gripped in stage 1) It also doesn't reset the CD for your Bankai boss.
