@ sorry I mean the foot I can not get it off to clean it and no screwdriver fits and it sounds like something is stuck but I can’t see it

@@berryboo5390 The foot is called the power nozzle aka Brush head.If you press the liftaway grey leveron the back the power nozzle should drop out and release.Then you can see down the flexi hose. If something is stuck use anything you have at hand to re-lease it. To clean the power nozzle front front plastic i use a wet paintbrush or toothbrush and bend it around the brush to clean....and repeat......to keep vacuum good i clean mine once a month to stop build up of dirt
