A lot of people put X7 at the bottom, and while many of the complaints about the game are valid, some of the complaints I feel are a little unfair. Unlike with X6, where many of the issues are extremely apparent. Is X7 bad? Yes. Do I think it's as bad as I hear it is? No. And honestly, if the Nightmare Phenomenon ever returned, the game would be borderline unplayable, kinda like if Retry Chips were in X6 instead of X8.

It’s all subjective opinion. 🙄 My Top Ten is very different except I would just reverse your 1 and 2 and I would go with Syphon Filter Logan’s Shadow instead. Plus Resistance Retribution in my top 5 and surprised you have no racing game!
