Video good. When sitting on couch and a bit slouched, couldn't insert hearing plugs. Sitting on chair with better posture, plugs easy to put in ❤

I did not want hearing aid's rechargeable is not safe. I loved hearing aid's batteries are good longer for safe.

I was on this assesment ward about a month ago & the staff were excellent! (I was later transfered to Rowan Ward) Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your hard work! x

I spent 6 months in hospital when I was 7 & 50 years later I’m still dealing with it as I was in a ward with adults. So I can see that wards like these will have nothing but a positive impact on the children who have to spend time there 🖤😀
