Great talk! Has EZH2 inhibitor been studied as therapy in SLE patients, given the changes in histone methylation status which has been reported? This could activate a dysfunctional JMJD3-dependent demethylation of H3K27me3 (PRC2-target genes) as well as activate the SWI/SNF complex and, thus, chromatin accessability for important, but in SLE over/-or under-expressed transcription factors (JMJD3 regulates Brg1 and co-operates with H3K4me3). The interface of exiting the augmented type 1 IFN signaling and entering into a balanced adaptive immunity including the induction of Treg and, thus, self-tolerance, might be found by studying both cellular and molecular mechanisms. Interestingly, IL12RB2 mRNA and protein expression, which takes place after IL-2-induced STAT5 activation before cell division, also activates JMJD3 due to its binding to three locations on the intronic regions on IL12RB2, which could integrate histone modifications during T-cell/DC cross-talk and TCR activation with known cellular mechanisms such as the synergistic function of CD25 and IL12RB2 upregulation and IL12RB2/STAT1/T-bet and, thus, cell fate commitment...

Cc : Hi, Pam. Here you go. Research outcomes that are only theoretical at this time. Here, since I simply do not have the time to waste on these Research Slugs, I simply did and do their jobs, Ummm, For them. Below, Is The Answer, Followed Backwards into the Question. Hope this helps. My best, MDM, JD CANDIDATE ✌️ ----- Research Answer Pathway that may Substantially Result In new MS Medications, in say 5-8-9 Years: Protein-peptide interactions are crucial for many biological processes, including cell signaling, immune responses, and enzyme inhibition. They are also linked to several human diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Here are some key points about protein-peptide interactions: Role Protein-peptide interactions are a key component of the protein-protein interaction network in living cells. They play a fundamental role in many biological processes. Challenges Protein-peptide interactions are difficult to study experimentally due to the flexibility of peptides and the transient nature of the interactions. Computational methods Computational methods are needed to predict structural information about protein-peptide interactions. Modeling Modeling peptide-protein interactions is a complicated challenge that can be broken down into smaller subproblems, such as modeling the receptor protein and predicting the peptide binding site. Therapeutic strategies Peptides are good targets for therapeutic strategies because they are characterized by low toxicity and small interface areas. Binding Bound peptides can be buried in cavities, bound in grooves or pockets, or form beta-strand type interactions at the protein surface. Intermolecular interactions Electrostatic, hydrophobic, and H-bonding interactions play a crucial role in protein/peptide liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS).

@4:50 What is the significance of that 'whoosh'? The debris that shoots up to the brain? Unbelievable that it can make an audible sound like that, unless there is a magnifier of some sort.

I don’t know why they would consider stopping disease modifying treatment after 60+ except for ageism! They clearly need to do more studies. Perhaps the DMT would be used differently ie different doses etc because of brain changes in older folks but not necessarily just stopped. This is my opinion. I do appreciate this information re this subject because I am older with concerning symptoms. TK

Where I put after my second year of diagnosis, it’s supposed to say my patella tendon simultaneously ruptured when I was 34 years old I was diagnosed at 32

I was diagnosed with lupus vasculitis. It’s going on 35 years. The second year after my diagnosis, my attendance simultaneously ruptured and my body fell backwards on the floor cause a lot of that trauma pain. It’s been a while since I had my MRI. Prior to my diagnosis of lupus vasculitis I had so in my mouth, my my throat, my elbow, my buttocks and a few on my knees. I also have hair weight loss loss feeling in my head pain. I could barely walk. I was only 32 years old. After about 20 years, the 25 my hands closed all my knuckles are enlarged and I open my hand, my index and my thumb. Dr. Powell and Stockton, California, who diagnosed me as having a rare form of lupus and a connective tissues and what his first clue was was and he took an x-ray. He said right away that’s what it was, but I never got the clinical name for the diagnosis as only got to see him twice, and then he retired, that’s a long story. Do you have any idea what kind of vasculitis he was referring to?

I was delighted to find this video, I am not a doctor or medical student, I am over 60, in a high risk group, according to science, and taught myself everything about these very cells during COVID and active/innate immune systems that I could, and decided not to be vaccinated. I applied science with nature and was only sick for 4 days with omicron BA2. I have never been sick since and continue to build my own health outside traditional medical practices.. I have never been as healthy as I am now, the COVID lockdown period was a blessing for myself, I studied and learned 😅

when I was a child I got hic cups from eating boiled eggs this is part of this disease, my first sign....then its rice clogs (impaction) this controlled spitting it all back up, with lots of mucus, chicken and sometimes beef. Gerd, yes, I agree. Omeprazole helps.

So many patients describe this, caused by eating rice, cornbread, steaks, chicken but doctors miss it. "it helps to begin your meal with a drink of water" - I am glad I found this to help others.

I am 66 young. 6 weeks ago I was diagnosed with severe Coronary Artery Disease, Angina, high bloodpressure and whatever. Doctor told me I needed bypass surgery, statins ..the usual shit.. I went to see a a TCM Doctor as I always do when I have medical issues. Taking a herbal decoction combined with Crataegus Oxyacantha a homeopathic remedy dissolving plaque. The Chinese herbs have plaque dissolving and cartery cleansing properties. Plenty of scientific research and proof and reports on the internet confirming this.Went on a 80% plant and vegetable based diet. Lost 8 kg. At present my BP is 123/80, LDL is down 40%. No chest pain or the need to take sublingual Iso Nitrates anymore. I take concentrated watercress and black garlic supplements. Also dryfreezed Curcuma (95%!) plus Black peperine capsules. Nattokinase? No! Weakens the blood. Carnivore diet? No thanks. Not interested in colon or rectal cancer and ingesting liters of adrenaline secreted by the animals during the slaughtering....oh! I forgot to mention my daily shots of Olive oil, Cayenne pepper and lemon. Cayenne pepper actually helped me survive my heart attack..6 weeks ago. My story might draw criticism etc..but I don't care. I am fine and the Cardiologist is baffled by the results. Thanks for reading and stay healthy.

Thank you for this enlightening discussion. Recurrence has been mentioned regarding the topic but none have mentioned prevention. Of course, recurrence will take place. No mention of diet, either which is one of the main causes or even the main cause. Has anyone heard of FP or Fermentation Potential in foods 😊?
