The use of all capital letters has no legal significance. [A] State v. Gunnell, 2013 Ohio 3928 (Ohio App., 2013), slip op. at 3: "...{¶ 6} We note that similar "sovereign citizen" arguments have been raised in various federal court actions by pro se litigants, albeit unsuccessfully. See, e.g., United States v. Benabe, 654 F.3d 753, 767 (7th Cir.2011) ("Regardless of an individual's claimed status of descent, be it as a 'sovereign citizen,' a 'secured-party creditor,' or a 'flesh-and-blood human being,' that person is not beyond the jurisdiction of the courts"); Black v. Florida, N.D.Fla. No. 4:09cv30-SPM/WCS (June 4, 2009) (Petitioner's act of "writing his name in all capital letters does not change him from a human, natural person to a legal entity thus depriving the state court of jurisdiction to prosecute him for criminal offenses"); United States v. Curry, D.Md. No. WDQ-12-0163 (Mar. 19, 2013) (rejecting defendant's claim that "the use of capital letters means that the defendant 'is an artificial or fictitious person.' [Defendant's] capital-letter argument is * * * unavailing and frivolous"); United States v. Delatorre, N.D.Ill. No. 03 CR 90 (Jan. 30, 2008) ("This court's jurisdiction over Mr. Delatorre remains valid whether his name is written in all capital letters or a mix of capital and lower case letters, or whether he identifies himself as: a 'real flesh and blood man, in his private capacity,' [or] a 'sovereign secured party creditor' "). [B] Williams v. Warren (CIVIL ACTION FILE NO. 1:16-CV-4657-TWT-JKL , N.D. Ga., 2017), slip op, at 3: “…According to the Complaint,1 Defendants have violated Plaintiff's First and Eleventh Amendment rights by using the name VICTOR WILLIAMS in all capital letters. He also claims they have violated his UCC filing, which is attached to the complaint as an exhibit. He seeks $150,000.00 in damages. Plaintiff fails to state a plausible claim for the violation of a constitutional right. Plaintiff's allegations are consistent with "sovereign citizen" ideology, which is not recognized by the federal courts. See e.g., Monroe v. Beard, 536 F.3d 198, 203 n.4 (3d Cir. 2008) (indicating that adherents of the "sovereign citizen theory" advocate that inmates copyright their names to justify filing liens against Page 4 officials using their names in court papers)..." [C] U.S. v. Mitchell, 405 F.Supp.2d 602 (D. Md., 2005), at 604 (footnotes omitted): “… The defendants also persistently claim that they are not properly identified in the caption of the indictments because their names are printed in all capital letters, thereby failing to properly represent them as "flesh and blood" men. These arguments are patently without merit...." [D] Payne v. Klida (15-cv-14127, E.D. Mich., 2016) slip op., at 8: "...Plaintiff's claim that he is not subject to the laws of the state of Michigan because of some distinction between corporate personhood and actual personhood is totally spurious, unfounded, and frivolous. As discussed below, it would be sufficient to conclude that Plaintiff's allegations are utterly frivolous and end the inquiry here. However, the Court makes a few fairly obvious observations for the sake of clarity and finality. First, there is no legal distinction between a capitalized and uncapitalized name in criminal matters. See, e.g., United States v. McAtee, No. 5:13-CR-17, 2013 WL 3364452, at *4 (N.D. W. Va. July 3, 2013) ("This filing alleges that Defendant is not the person named in the criminal charges because the name on the charging documents is in all capital letters . . . . This argument lacks any basis in the law, and in the Court's eyes is utter nonsense."); U.S. Hoodenpyle, No. 09-CR-00013- MSK, 2009 WL 1883919, at *1 (D. Colo. June 30, 2009) ("The Defendant is subject to the jurisdiction of this Court regardless of how his name is capitalized in any document.")...." [E] Anderson v. O'Sullivan, 224 Md.App. 501, 121 A.3d 181 (Md. App., 2015), at 512: "...These contentions [strawman, redemption, "all capital letters"] have not, will not, and cannot be accepted as valid. Beyond the over whelming legal precedent rejecting them, government agencies have also condemned these theories. The IRS has opined that “[t]here is no authority under the Internal Revenue Code or any other applicable law that supports the claim that taxpayers may avoid their federal tax obligations based on ‘straw man’ arguments ... or similar arguments. The formatting of a taxpayer's name in all upper-case letters on government documents or elsewhere has no significance whatsoever for federal tax purposes. What you have run into is a bunch of BULLSHIT ARTISTS in Canada ! In the U.S., Gold Eagles sell for a premium over spot, and are more exchangeable than K-Rands or Maples because they are U.S. Gold Money, and thus are not tracked for tax purposes. Selling them is a currency exchange, and there is no IRS paperwork involved. The same applies to U.S. Silver Eagles, and to a certain extent, pre-1964 U.S. Silver coinage.

@@joeashbubemma You have a great point there buddy. As I had mentioned in the video, in where I reside here in Canada, coin shops and gold dealers are stingy (not all though, but a lot of them). That is at least what we are hoping for, to “store our wealth” through the years. One thing is for sure, the gold and silver game is not for everyone. It does become a mental liability if your buying and/or selling price expectations aren’t met.

You should be stacking the gold and silver bullion in the country you live in. The RCM only sells 24k gold and .9999 fine silver coins. If you live in Canada as a stacker, I would only stack gold maples. For me living in the US, I have converted a majority of my gold and silver to eagles. Hello there! Thanks for you comment. Here is a link from SD Bullion website below: sdbullion.com/blog/what-is-a-reverse-proof-coin I think you mean coin slabs/grade slabs when you have a certain coin graded by a third-party numismatist/coin grading company. Proof and reverse proof coins are still proof and reverse proof coins whether they are graded or not. Albeit some proof/reverse proof coins do come in box sets with certificates of authenticity from their respective mints, which are more expensive because of the additional packaging and limited numbers produced, so there is that as well. Also, grading coins and having them in grade slabs result in increasing its value as one will have to spend for the grading service of said coins (example: you paying and having a third-party coin grading company assess your coin's authenticity and grade level, afterwards the company puts your coin in one of their grade slabs, which you had mentioned in your comment). My Libertad coins are not graded (albeit I can choose to if I want), and did not come in box sets. These were bought from legitimate silver coin resellers who were able to get their hands on early when these were released during year 2020. Mexican Libertads are famous for having only limited numbers released and they are relatively difficult to buy directly from Mexican Mint. Also, Mexican Mint does sell some proof and reverse proof coins sold in said box sets with certificates of authenticity (which are more expensive), but the box sets don't appeal to me.^_^ Nonetheless, I hope this long information helps!

This Martin is the sweet spot among all of their guitars (in my opinion). If you have extra funds to burn, go for the OM-21 (super expensive, John Mayer's choice, no electronics, but sounds so sweet), but the 000-13E is a hidden gem, it is the OM-21's little big brother, with a built in tuner and good electronics relative to the price. But still, you have a great guitar, spend time with it, then you can always decide to swap guitars in the future if you ever decide. Try this in person though, you won't regret it.

You can download Rockefeller Lock-step document from the link that I have posted in the video description. Definitely, the truth has to be spoken. I have had some negative criticism from people in my personal life for having this critical outlook. Some people just cannot fathom the ugly truth. They would rather, unfortunately, embrace beautiful lies.

@@veritasparadoxum6525 Keep your mind clear my friend. Of course they don't believe you, the majority of people don't like to know the truth, if it's not a pleasant one, and cannot live without being told how to live, what is good and what is bad. They sympathize with situations in which someone else has to think for them, because they simply cannot think for themselves; only a small percentage of people do. That's why a lot of people in my area, in Eastern Europe, are regretting the communist dictatorship regimes, where they didn't have much freedom or opportunities to rise above the average, were ruled and controlled tightly, but were given jobs, apartments and a certain degree of care. The world is changing, the era of freedom, human rights and democracy will come to an end, and will be replaced by more authoritarian regimes and tight control. This "pandemic" is the shifting moment, what they do now is to make people get used to the new way of things. As Dwight D. Eisenhower said in his famous quote: "If you want total security, go to prison. There you're fed, clothed, given medical care and so on. The only thing lacking... is freedom." People should never give up their freedom for security, but they unfortunately do, just as written in that Rockefeller document. It's not like this is the first time in history when these leaders have lied and when some people refused to acknowledge the ugly truth right until the end; how else then the Nazi massacres could have occurred? Back then, just as they do now, people stubbornly refused to believe, refused to fight for their possessions, for their rights, for their lives, even until they were packed in trains and taken to the "showers". "First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out-because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out- because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me-and there was no one left to speak for me." - Martin Niemöller

@@brownbear5293 You are definitely full of wisdom and enlightenment. It is such a rarity nowadays to even speak to someone who has awakened and has critical thinking, even if it is just in the comments section. This give me reason and hope to live a truthful life, knowing that I am not alone in seeking the Real Truth, despite being surrounded by a majority of people who just willingly succumb to the world elite's propaganda of deceit. The path to the Truth is a difficult one indeed, but I know that it is worth the journey. Anyhow, this global communist movement has to be stopped, one way or another.
