Was that woman Steven’s wife? I remember he had a ring during the 1988 tour.

Whats bad is his Fiance didn't help much either...she could have stopped drinking maybe gone to AA meetings with him or something instead she tells his Dad and the guys in the Band to help him!!! Some Fiance she was... whatever happened to in sickness and in Health...I guess that didn't matter to Loralie cause she just out right dumped him...

Something is just not right about this senseless death story. By all accounts, the guy was loved. How did people around him, who truly cared, allow him access to the very thing ruining his life? And not just his life, but so much was at stake in terms of the band as a business, all those within the organization. As the pivotal, key songwriter, Steve Clark was the LAST band member you want to lose! Why let dealers and enablers around him?

What an enemy You became to me Lived a fantasy An illusion Built scenery Played to the gallery Like so many we Never could agree All the pain that I Had to hide inside Made me realize I was starved Tried so hard to be Anyone but me Everyone could see So, I've opened my eyes I'm no longer waiting for a miracle Hold my head up high, the future's now Though I was colorblind I read the warning signs And put the past behind Down the gutter You might also like Sacrifice Yngwie Malmsteen Facing The Animal Yngwie Malmsteen Stars Hear ’N Aid Now I finally see That the enemy Is both in you and me Yeah, I've opened my eyes I'm no longer waiting for a miracle Both feet on the ground, my future's now No use in waiting for a miracle Hold my head up high, my future's now

Why Steve died from a brocken heart? What exactly happend with him? Was he ignored somehow from his band or he had some issues with his fahter? I red that with Lorrei they were sepparated when he died. Next to him was another woman with whom he was engaged. can somebody answer back to me?! Such a tragedy to die in a such a way, so young and so talented.

I play some Def Leppard tunes when I’m practicing and I’ll play something like Rocket and play the different riffs and hooks and come away in awe at how it all fits together. That’s Steve Clark’s genius. There’s layers of it in every song of the Steve Clark / Leppard era. He’s one of my guitar heroes.

He basically used to song "in the dead of night" by the band UK, which he covered on his "inspiration" album, and turned it into one of his own. It's definitely not plagiarism but it's a very clear example of creating a song in the same style of another song
