Only thing is the heat. But it is becoming the number 1 place in the USA where prices are still somewhat affordable. Those homes were in the 700K to 850K range.

It's beautiful. Because of the location, it must have a wonderful view. Your video hinted at inviting gardens. I grew up two blocks away. I never set foot on the grounds because I assumed it was private property. I still love the neighjborhood.
