Roanoke EMS is an unaccredited service and is not recognized by any metropolitan city in the U.S. The training provided for the position of E.M.T., Shock Trauma Tech or Paramedic in the city or county of Roanoke is nothing more than backyard certification. Roanoke is not recognized as a city or joint commission, the training is null in void, so therefor the training can not be transferred to a metropolitan department of any kind in the U.S.
