If he'd tacked a side plate on one side he wouldn't be losing half his weld as most of it wasted running out the sides. They're some fat rods being used👍

Amazing how much this guys are able to do, with so less equipment. And they do it, there in middle of running traffic. What a great disaster would it provoke here in the world of "Modern Standart".... closed roads, crane ore haevy recovery equipment....... Sometimes "less" is "more"!

Great video and no annoying background music which is one of my pet hates on KZbin ! I do have some questions : 1. What is the sand made of ? It is soft enough to be pliable and yet hard enough to lift and stand on it. 2.Why do they poke holes in the sand and what do they fill the holes with through the blue hose ? 3.What were they throwing into the molten metal ? It looked like sand ?

Average life span for the hoist operator, about 63, less if a smoker. Life expectancy for the grinder/lathe operator, BBC about 58. For the guys doing the casting smelting, even less.

I would say wielding a castiron I beam can not be done here in Canada it could fail there again but if you don't have the money for new parts you do what you have to do and they do a good job wow wielding a spring that is never done here that scares me

So many questions. Do they not have tow trucks? Why do they repair trucks in the middle of the road? Why don't they use air brakes? Have they ever heard of concrete? Have they ever heard of tables or work benches?
