During the process, imurah used her as a bridge and then tried to manipulate Gadriel into killing Titus by calling him heretic, that was Imurah, not her, also Calgar itself tells titus that he received his message after he appears to aid the UM

The age isn’t the surprising part, holding on to the artifact and surviving is. This Magos is probably almost as old as Titus
