Get rid of the webbing. Get the rights to the RE unity harness. I have never ever had to re-tighten the harness on water and I ride 2-8 hours. But make a true hardshell seat harness!!!!!

A well documented mission to beautiful locations. Great video! The Prolimit gear looks excellent on the cold Irish coast as well.

Hi Jorgen, het pak heet de Mercury Tie Dye. Wanneer je daar op Googled vind je het wetsuit. Ook te koop bij verschillende shops bijvoorbeeld Kitemana of Telstar.

This click release is dangerous because it will eventually fail before the end of life of the harness which happens to be quite a long time. Salt and sand are allowed to accumulate inside the cover over the clickpin/hole causing wear on the locking point which is not engineered to be fail safe. The seats are made well but this latch lets it down. My 2nd proline harnes in 15 years of kiting now fails evey time, in spite of religiously washing with fresh water after use. I replaced the bar on the first one early on with a rotating hook that did not have any quick release latch and suggest that you do the same if you have a Prolimit quick release bar. These quick release bars should be recalled/discontinued/redesigned by Prolimit as unsafe. NB: I am a professional engineer with decades of commercial engineering experience.

Neo belt eh? Not like Ion has been calling their internal belt that for years... Also if you are using a non carbon stiffener why make it look like carbon? Talk about dishonest design.

This is the look of PURE material in charcoal grey. So no optical look a like but pure PURE material!
@casspirburns6 жыл бұрын
Pure material uses the same cross-woven construction as carbon so it looks the similar to carbon. That's good. It's also lighter, it's more flexible, it's strong, it's more environmentally friendlier and it looks better than any other harnesses out there. It's honest design.
@nickfastswim7 жыл бұрын
these pin-release systems look a sketchy. Mystic's older clickerbar system, (though the design is not the same), developed issues after a few seasons of use where the bar wedge that clicked in would slip out and the harness would pop open randomly...not very safe. Relying on a non-replaceable elastic or bungee to make the pin click in is not a great design imo
@ivand.86184 жыл бұрын
I've been using this system more than 5 years already - no problems. I even managed to break the bar itself but the pin-release mechanism is still fine
