I agree with Google NOT always removing the negative reviews. I know it could suck for our clients but it should not always be. If it’s a competitor spamming you to hurt you, yes, remove that…. It’s fake. But in local a lot of negative reviews are completely legit. I agree with Darren, just respond that you will make it right. Big companies do that as well…. I also agree with Darren that a negative review can be a positive thing sometimes or you can turn it into a positive..

Hi Ryan, I've been following you for years and everything you say about niching down and productization makes sense. But there are industries where niching down seems difficult. A question was asked at 43:57 mark in the video (how do you produce content when multiple clients need the same content and they are competitors) and that's exactly what I've been struggling to figure out too for some niches that have great budget in my country (based on real experience). E.g. A client that manufactures and supplies all types of iron pipes/tubes across the country approaches us for increasing their b2b sales. We are able to provide them great results using a Local SEO and National SEO and paid ads. But when another business from the next city doing the same business approach us, how should we work that out? Like what if we take them and they start outranking our old client. And imagine the situation when 5 more such clients show up, ready to pay us 3 times more than the old client? I can build a niche agency just serving manufacturers of iron pipes/tubes because they have a lot of budget (I've served them, so I know) but then after onboarding a few clients, I'll be struggling to keep everyone happy and there will be a lot of churn and I'm afraid the productization model will fall apart.? What are your thoughts on this?
