This reminds me of the orange ginger glow at tropical smoothie cafe! This was the best recipe I could find: Turbinado - 1 scoop Mango - 2 scoops Pineapple - 1 scoop OJ - 2 ladles Green apple - 1 each Ginger - 1 Tbsp. Carrot - 1 cup Water/Ice - 8/2 Blender - 1 Not sure what a scoop is it try it!!

Thank you for their videos on this machine. it seems to fly under the radar of the usual Coffee influencers but I think it is very appealing to a Home Barista with little space and if you do not want to wait 40m until an E61 brechend heats up.

This is an amazing video! I think your accent poses no problems for the viewer. At least for me, I can understand you both very clearly. I would suggest you use an editing software to remove some filler words. (e.g. uhhh, soooo, ummm). I would also suggest you cut out the background noise, I think it would be more enjoyable if you fade into the cooking audio after the person in the voiceover is done talking, it would make it more smooth and it would make the voiceovers more clear (as currently, the crackling of the oil in the pan makes your voice a little more incoherent) while not necessarily eliminating the cooking audio. I personally would've liked to see more static shots, and sometimes jump cuts, maybe of the plating. I recommend consulting your own resources, for I am not a video editor. Cooking with what you have, or cooking with limited resources is the ultimate skill that every home cook should have. I think this video shows that you don't need many ingredients to cook well, and you also show how you can use multiple ingredients together to make unique and fun flavour combinations (like the zest of the orange used in the panko-parmesan mix). I personally think what you've posted here is a unique piece of slice-of-life content that is transparent, but one that I would personally enjoy more if there was more visual and auditory tricks used in the production and editing of this video. I personally would like to see more of this kind of video in the future. Personally, I like to watch videos on sauces for meats, but I think I would enjoy these videos regardless of whatever food item or food combination you decide to cook, as long as it's in the surprise-ingredients style that you've shown here. Whether it'd be dessert, lunch, or breakfast, I think the unique style of this video has me hooked, and I'm excited to see what you have in store for your audience in the future. :)

Hi. You cannot just pick an "exotic" word and use it for your dish. This isnt a salsa. Also, whatever this is so boring - you've wasted good chorizo.

1.) that is NOT salsa 2.) I ain’t never see anyone eat chorizo without cooking it into something (ex: eggs or beans) 3.) none of the whole three ingredients show are in salsa besides the onion.. Ps - it would be more accurate to call it a pico de gallo rather than a salsa. Though pico de gallo is somewhat a form of salsa, it’s very different….

Thank you for the feedback! Technically you are right as Salsa should usually contain tomatoes, but if I have to categorize this dish anywhere, I think it would be closest to a Salsa Cruda. Salsa Cruda is usually shown in the form of Pico de gallo so I understand your point, if you have better/further suggestions on the naming, do let us know!

Thank you!! I'm sure it can, there's not a single recipe that fits all in my opinion and we're still a very small channel as well so take this with a grain of salt haha. But I'd say keeping up in doing your thing is key here, don't get discouraged and enjoy the process even if it takes a bit longer than you'd like!

Hey @Rory1369, Absolutely! You can adjust the grind and dosage to achieve the desired pressure for most espresso machines. We also cover this in our recent video, which is a continuation of this one. When you find the right balance between dosage and grind, you should be able to achieve the 70 ml double shot and the desired 9 bar pressure. Let us know if you have any further questions!
