I just got my first gun the HK P2000SK V3 with the factory night sights for a $1100 here in CA back in July. Guns are even more expensive here and have less choices here, I want the HK P30L for my next piece but not legal here in CA.

@@danielcaraveo6072 yea, it was $995 plus tax and DROs fee. Guns are especially expensive here in CA plus I bought it during the pandemic where gun prices were up the roof. I live in a very gun friendly state. Just curious. Do you have to file paper work to purchase a short barrel rifle? And do you file paperwork before you purchase the rifle or can you do it after? I’m just starting to wonder into the AR world.

@Mike Camping - It seems like the supply chain and today’s politics are driving prices of many brick and on-line shops towards MSRP. Very depressing! So kudos to your low-cost find, bro. That being said, I too was able to find my POF 415 Edge in Nov 2021 for $1770 which is $280 lower than $2050 MSRP (black color) but I think I got lucky and didn’t hesitate. I want a Minuteman Pistol w 10.5” barrel like this gentleman has shown us. Good luck with yours!

@danielcaraveo60723 жыл бұрын
Oh man being a lefty is difficult when looking for holsters in store, I recommend a “galco” brand holster, specifically those soft material ones (may be suede, not sure about the material) to protect the finish on your slide. Also I’ve found a great cheap holster on ebay, search for “kydex HK holster”. I was lucky to buy one for $10. Works great, good retention on the weapon, covers/secures the weapon as needed.check it out when you can

No problem with HK P30SK V3! It holds it down. Can u elaborate on DA and SA please?
@danielcaraveo60723 жыл бұрын
Yeah so this gun has both single and double action capability. more than likely one would only fire the first round in double action as after that, the pistol would revert to single action with your following rounds. You really would only experience this of you rack a round in the chamber to then “decock” the hammer, at this point you can fire Your first round DA, follow up rounds would fire SA. DA Pretty much is a long trigger pull. SA is a more crisp short trigger pull. Many people find single action trigger pulls more accurate
