In English we don't say put the clothes to the dryer. We would say put the clothes into the dryer, or put the clothes in the dryer.

It's funny that you have the one with the mittens. You know where it stems from? You know that every 4th year its a leap year, and a woman can propose to a man on the 29th February. Now it was an old custom that if the man rejected the proposal he would have to give the woman 12 pairs of gloves as a kind of consolation gift I guess. So there you have your mittens 😅

The negative imperfect is a bit trickier: "I went = Menin" but "I didn't go = En mennyt" so we use the same tense that we use in the perfect ("Olen mennyt") and plusquamperfect tense ("Olin mennyt") - we will go over these tenses soon :)
