My major issue is that feet get REALLY cold and when i take the blankets off to get out of bed my body immediately sends an alert signal to my brain that getting up means danger. So when i do get up im insanely groggy and im really stressed because i wasted too much time and late for my responsibilities scheduled for the morning. As a reault im scared to sleep because i dont want to wake up late. So i sleep late. But then that means im too tored to wake up early. And it’s this vicious cycle. I dont know what to do

Life SAVERS: - Silence, to be dedicated. - Affirmations, lead to belief. - Visualizations, imagine your lives as you wish it to be. - Exercise, give you energy. - Read, change what goes into your mind. - Scribe, write down and realization. becoming a morning person is something that can be learned, just as practically anything in life! becoming a better version of myself. it’s human nature to avoid the discomfort of doing those things, but just remember, your circle of discomfort contracts as you consistently do things that make you uncomfortable, and eventually they become easy to do.
