By boosted they mean you're using an op weapon thats inherently broken and just does a bunch of damage no matter what, they are really just mad cuz you beat them tho since you won a 2v1. Boosted is just saying you're build is good and you arent

I think... after watching the video so much, the stats order is: Pre-shrine 1 Charisma, 1 willpower, 3 inteligence, 5 agility, 8 fortitude, 25 Strengh, 50 heavy weapon, 50 fortitude, 40 strengh, 1 flame, 1 shadow cast Post-Shrine 3 Inteligence, 16 strengh, 25 fortitude, 25 willpower, 25 charisma, 25 agility, 75 flamecharm, 10 light weapon, 80 shadowcast, 97 flamecharm
