So where is the vagus nerve and how can I simulate it? I didn't get it from the video.

I have CRPS, and I'm an injured federal employee. You can only imagine how crazy this can make you when the gov't is part of the process with trying to fix this. I cannot imagine being being a child with this - probably worse than my situation.
