So why didn’t she mention Monique who started this whole thing?

Monique is gross. Someone like Nia Long and Taraji are more palatable. Monique is a nasty, vulgar woman.

Black folks will never win in a system where the rules are set up for us to fail. There is always this narrative where we keep looking for an 'equality' that is never going to happen, unfortunately. At what point do we stop looking for acknowledgment, and start creating our own lane, our own platforms? Obviously, our capital has power. It always has. Black folks have incredible power in the entertainment industry. Always have. It's evident now more than ever. Looking for acknowledgment from those 'in charge' is like sucking wind...

Her being asked the question was amazing because it gave her the platform to speak her truth about the subject without appearing to be whining so no one should complain

This is the full interview. This took place at the American black film Fest. After her panel talk, there was a Q&A with the audience… I was able to get these 2 questions in lol. Trust me, wish I could ask more lol

The term "woke" has been co-opted and perverted by liberals in order to dilute it and advance agendas that have nothing to do with what it truly means. It was then demonized and turned into a buzzword by the right. The Boondocks is/was the original definition of woke. Ijs

I believe her... As For her exaggerated story.... I believe her because Diddy is that crazy! And, others are telling the same story
@nickysaysyolo3 ай бұрын
True true. She sounds so believable but then there are a lot of YTubers will break down why she’s not creditable - which makes sense lol
@bryanallen85193 ай бұрын
I believe a lot she says but definitely feel a lot is exaggerated. Also, where was all that passion for justice while these things were happening??
@nickysaysyolo3 ай бұрын
Thing is she’s been on jayz neck for over a decade and her story never changes but there are so many discrediting her accounts. At the same time, not one high profile she mentioned threatened action against her
@bryanallen85193 ай бұрын
@@nickysaysyolo Again, I believe a lot she says but I think some of it is exaggerated. She wasn't doing or saying anything while she was on the 'Inside' with these people. After she finally realized she wasn't gonna be a star like they told her she would be is when it became a problem most likely. That's just my opinion

I don't trust anyone that can't bring receipts, and I'm not talking about the claims of we'll have everything in 2 weeks. If you don't have the receipts with you at that moment keep your mouth shut until you can provide the proof.
@nickysaysyolo3 ай бұрын
I think she did say she can provide receipts. She do drop where it happened , the year, who was involved etc. but no ones threatened her with a law suit….

Yes! Her story never changes. The part that gets me is she’ll talk cryptic about other ppl in the industry… like she dropped 50 cents name couple days ago about some ishhh he’s in. I’m like huh?! Now 50 is being dragged 🤔
