We all carry the Shekinah Glory and not just select people in the church. All believers can carry this but not all walk with the glory. the Elders of the church help you connect with God but We go to Jesus our mediator directly to see the glory of the Father as a spirit that lives in us. We connect with the Glory of the Father with the blood of Jesus and the anointings of God.
