Estonians filming passenger trains in Estonia should show this detail in each of their films: the opening doors and the platform at floor level. This 0/0 level even at the smallest station is what Estonian railways can be proud of, and what passengers in many countries can envy. 😀

A couple weeks ago I have riden on it and it is pretty nice to have straight connection to harbour, however I really hope there will be developed a traffic light system, that will let trams go much faster between intersections. Tram is currently still going pretty slow.

5:01 paistab, et Tallinna transpordiametis töötavad küll amatöörid. Vähe sellest, et sõidukitele ei suuda luua korraliku rohelist lainet, ei suuda ka trammile. Mis kasu on anda kergliiklusteega ristumisel trammile rohelise tule, kui kohe on nkn AHtri tänaval trammile punane?

Tallinna trammi puhul on see täiesti tavaline nähtus, et tramm seisab pea iga punase tule taga ja seda mitte ainult uue vanasadama liini puhul vaid ka mujal. Ehtne näide on kogu Tartu mnt ja Narva mnt.

Skoda's Artics in Tallinn would be awesome! I've ridden them on Helsinki's Jokkeri line and they're very nice and perfect for our Nordic climate. Let's see how these Polish ones do in our winter. Spanish CAFs have proven pretty sturdy in Tallinn and Stockholm, so I hope Polish PESAs would do fine as well.
