As a kid we were taught a quick lesson on money they had a curriculum to follow and all but when it came down to me I struggled a lot understanding it they were trying to explain it but I never understood it, they eventually just gave up and to this day it’s so hard to understand money I just pray the people use a card..

I worked as a cashier for Stop n Shop in New York for only a month. I was fired because my till was short. I was under so much pressure and anxiety and the lady that trained me on my third was SO apathetic towards me and started nearly shouting at me for forgetting how to use the different codes for the register i felt like i was about to have a nervous breakdown. It got so bad, a costumer said Hey lady can you give him a break, sweating and looks nervous so ease

First day on my job some bitch was rushing me she was like “is this gonna take long” I was like “it may yes because I’m new” and I had another customer in front of her she was so bitchy

The cashier at the Howard Johnson motel likes to hold on to your change for as long as possible. She does this in hopes that the customer will forget about the change and walk away. Then she will pocket the change and act as if you gave it to the customer. This psychological game is played to steal more money from the customer.
