I did this workout 21 days within a 30 day period. My results were AWESOME! That was back in 2010 it's now 2022! I picked my brain for weeks trying to remember this guy's name because the workout was so impactful. And voila! Here he is on KZbin. Yeah!!!!

I have now been dong this workout for 1 year and have gone from not being able to finish a single circuit to now being able to finish the whole 40 min. workout. I am a 62 year old, broken-down, ex-construction worker who has realized that I have to get back to taking care of my health. Love this workout!

I really do love this workout a lot and I do it every day. My only complaint about this workout video is that the instructor's antics are too annoying and it kinda ruins my workout. The only thing I do when I do this workout is that I mute out her voice and instead put on my 80's music mix and that works out so much better for me. Plus the music gives me more energy to move and stay focused on the workout. Plus, I work off a good sweat by the end of this workout. If you wanna know what my music mix is for this workout with the instructor's voice muted out, here's the songs I work out to and they are only my suggestions. "Controversy" Prince (Long version) "Jungle Love" (single edit) The Time "Jump For My Love" (12 inch remix) The Pointer Sisters (now that works with the jumping and spinning portion which is on the second half of this workout) "U Can't Touch This" MC Hammer (that works well with the high knee taps, ski jumps and skater moves) "Superfreak" (12 inch version) Rick James (also do the mountain climbers, planks and cool down moves to this song)

Take your time and work up to it I felt the same way when I first watched it but then I decided to do it and did not go as fast as Natalie and glad I tried it because it was something different

I love Cindy Whitmarsh, but this isn't one of my preferred workouts. It seemed a little all over the place as compared to other DVD's she's put out

One of the best cardio hiit workouts ever! I have this on dvd and have been doing it for years. You will be drenched in sweat every time! Don't know what it is about this one but the 30 minutes are solid! I do make sure I stretch a bit longer and warm up a few minutes before!

Love Kendall’s workouts 👍🏻 Just wish they’d say how heavy the weights are as they look like 1 kg each, as they are lifting them pretty quickly, whereas mine are 2kg each an no way can I lift them with arms straight out going at that pace 😂
