This video is a little confusing. To IFR students, make sure and read AIM 5-3-2 and 5-3-3 as you're watching this. This video doesn't tell you what reports are always required and which in non-radar environments. also, as @trailcamfinds9401 mentioned, the Eta change is 2 minutes, and 3 only over north Atlantic.
