You know what... I found that if you just throw ALL the ingredients into a food processor and process them all together, you don't have to mess with melting cheese in the microwave. I saw that on a KZbin video and tried it. It worked out just as well as the old method of melting the cheese in the microwave, so I make all my fathead dough items in the food processor and nobody noticed the difference so I'm stiking with this method.

I just finished making them and they are fantastic. Only change I made was the sweetener. I added pancake syrup. Also I only had banana flavored protein. WOW!! This is a keeper.
