Please some one answer When I pump early morning I get 1 and the half oz from each breast.. on my first pump... but then after that each time I pump I get almost nothing for the ret of the day?? Why is that?? Like I hardly get 1 oz from both brest together

Try hand expressing after pumping. I noticed an increase in my output after doing that for a few days

Thank you for your honest video. It is hard rearing an adhd child. My son was diagnosed aged 5. He is 35 now. My advice to you is dont listen to the do gooders, i know they mean well or sometimes they are just straight judgemental. You will probably get advice to change his diet and lots of other things to do. You know your child best. My son also has oppositional defiance disorder. Adhd is a neurological disorder, it is how their brain is wired and its hereditary. My ex husband i worked out has it. You can only do your best and take care of yourself. Dont beat yourself up if you loose it. Take any support that is offered. My son was best one on one, in a group situation he was at his worst. Love to you and your family. Kim from australia

When I was at the hospital after giving birth I wanted to begin pumping and the nurses told me not to. Looking back I wish I never listened to them.

Why did you think that? It can absolutely be done in tandem. You're allowed to do both, and for some that's what works best for them. We should all be doing what's best for us and our babies.

Twin mom trying to increase. It’s becoming impossible to do this and take care of them and the house. Having a lot of back pain and incision pain from C-section as well. I appreciate the info!

Hey momma, it’s definitely a balancing act. Around 6-7 months, I stopped pumping. Try to eat foods like oatmeal, chia seeds, etc. Drink a lot of water! And I highly recommend a hands free pump if you can get one. I found that they aren’t as powerful as plug in pumps (for me). The biggest help for me was creating a pumping schedule. Just remember that you need to take care of yourself first to take care of those babies! Ice/heat your back and follow up with your doctor

Swelling can take over a year to go down hence why in this video it was still wide. It’s been well over a year and it looks completely different now! Most importantly it looks natural. I love my ethnic nose 🙂
