While yur advise is good, it's vague. I think you guys will do well to state an estimate of number of rods and estimate of bgs of cement or blocks etc that will help more than just mentioning lump sums. Because the price of things in your area may be different from another area. Thank you

Hello Sir. How are you Sir? Option A. The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.21m VIP lounge or Bar space 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m Total 45sqm. Option B Lounge 6x5m Dining 3.6x3m. Total 40.8sqm Sir please these two living rooms which one is luxurious? Which one would require more land space? Which option is best?
