All new builders like eldeco amaya,godrej,mansha are not in proper residential zone as per master plan. only Neoliv,TDI,parsvanath,omaxe,sector 5,6,7 are location where you should invest. Old builders has occupied main locations, new builders are comming on useless locations.

sector 34 where godrej is located, this project is surrounded by HSIIDC industrial parks. Lots of industries are surrounding godej and eldeco project. Normal AQI level is going to be atleast 1000+. So investor who already invest here, wont be able to sell. End users will have to live inside a gas chamber. I am from sonipat, my request is to stay away from such projects. I suggest every one to invest in main residential sectors like sector 7,6,18,19 where no industries are near by and entire zone was created as residential zone. Please see the master plan of entire city before investing. Dealers are getting commission from builders they will ruin your hard earned money for their commission. Dont fall in their traps.

Kuch bhi...mindless facilities... Godrej p is notorious for delays in Delhi NCR they do not give possession at all and have raised their customers... Godrej Air Godrej nature plus they are extreme examples where they have not kept their promises... Meridian people are also surely frustrated... Beware before buying Godrej property... I am not going by someone else's feedback I have properties in Godrej Air and Godrej nature
