Fully understand that you need to discourage test pilots, so as long as you have an honest, transparent deposit refund policy and it’s taken off the purchase price should the deal go through, most genuine people shouldn’t have an issue. Prospective buyers are entitled to be fussy at this level and shouldn’t be financially penalised should the car not be right for them.

We can all understand things go wrong from time to time, but to take this length of time to sort out the problem is outrageous and totally unacceptable. Totally paralysed.
