This is how I make Bubble Bar Rolls and scoops. The free recipe supplied is freely available on the internet and is not my recipe, but you can make some nice bubble bars with it. If you would like to watch me make other products subscribe to my channel to be notified when I create new videos.

I believe it depends on the country you are living in. In the UK neons can be used for soaps as long as they have a CPSR/are assessed by a cosmetic chemist, I'm not sure of the rules in other countries.
