I’ve had three bladder procedures done where they went in and stretched my bladder. I’ve also had a partial hysterectomy due to my periods being so painful. I as well will not take elmirion due to eye problems already. Some won’t even prescribe it. I currently take gemtesa and urogesic. Water most days tend to cause pain. I’ve had an ultrasound done as well and I have issues with voiding completely. It’s miserable!

I was diagnosed with IC at age 20. There wasn’t much info about it back then…. Other than meds and diet. I said screw it, I’ll just live my life. Fast forward, I’m now 36…and have severe bladder pain. My urethra burns. I haven’t slept in many nights. I’m feeling depressed. Sex life has flatlined. I can’t get an appointment with urologist until February. I quit coffee a month ago. The diet is the hardest part. Anyway, I’m here revisiting if there are any new developments on treating IC

I diagnosed myself and then a psychiatrist also diagnosed me. Some people CAN diagnose themselves : ) (but yes, still best to consult an expert for confirmation).

Do yourself a favor and just wait for your results. It’s better that way than trying this trick and putting yourself through unnecessary stress without really knowing. I tried it, got the bad pop-up, and they even charged my card. Two days later, I got my results-and I passed. 105 questions

I think the EOS is what caused my lips to swell. It wasn't until i used it until my lips swelled up.
