Rather than using pins you could just sew them in with the white yarn. Just one stitch at the top of each ghost with a knot in the back for easy removal 👻 ❤️

I think that's the move, will likely be more secure too 👻 thank you so much for watching! 💛

I am getting ready to dabble in natural dying. Can it be made then stored in a mason jar for a period of time?
@silkandsticks4 ай бұрын
Hi! It absolutely can. I try to keep my jars in a cool, shaded spot to preserve them for as long as possible, but there will be some natural degradation over time. You are likely to grow some molds in there too. Thanks for watching!

When I started knitting I used bamboo but soon discovered that they start splintering I knitted mostly socks and shawls on tiny needles with skinny yarn and it became an issue with the bamboo they also tend to break easier as well. I then moved to wood needles loved them knitted with them for years. One day I purchased some stainless steel dbl pts for socks and loved them so much I have been slowly changing all my needles to metal. chery1ann

Bamboo can be very frustrating when it breaks (I've broken a few circulars now - I blame my tension!). I'll definitely be converting metal circulars, but I'm not ready to move on from my wooden straight needles yet 😅. Thanks for watching! 💛

Even on a knitting machine I can't imagine taking 3 hours - my last jumper on the knitting machine took 4 days. Hand joining the panels might take 3 hours if you're quick 😂

Hi, with your older machine, a quick service may help. I use an old make-up brush to remove lint, and then I oil the recommended spots within the machine. Sometimes, with the bunching on the fabric, the bobbin thread hasn't caught correctly, or then bobbin is in the wrong way. Really enjoy your videos

So delightful! I actually found your video just as I am completing my first jogak curtain. I agree it took A LOT longer than I had assumed it would. I stayed with white and tan fabrics, but now want to try one with bits of more exciting fabrics like yours. Aloha to you, your dog, and your tractor. 😊

😂 Sorry to laugh but your dangerous winter weather looks like a normal day of a British summer, but your warmer😂 crazy world. I feel your pain and also the customers that missed out on your gorgeous makes. Was it your home made dyes that you stamped the chooks on socks..... Great idea. Love your vids, well chill me out, even when your stressing out to get things done. When is your next market? ✌️❤
