This video is insane because the employ these SAME EXACT METHODS against Black Americans in USA. Literally word from word every single point this guy brings up, I can say the exact same for my people here, expect the stark difference is that our women WISH they were as successful at bagging a white guy like a Japanese woman can. (They even alter their hair to be straight to appeal more to white males, but they lie and say they "do it for themselves")

It's not only Japanese men but also Japanese women too 😅 I’m half Japanese and I live in Japan,trust me, most of them are very sensitive about their body hairs. When I moved to Japan with my arm full of hair …. I was so surprised to see none of the females had arm or leg hair. Like not even a tiniest hair was visible lmao and the amount of ads on laser treatment for hair removal will make you go crazy. At least i go crazy lol and these days , hair removal of hoo haa is starting to trend here too.

Thank you for sharing, Shashi: In my opinion, people are people, and they have their own likes and dislikes. While I don't believe that all people in Japan likes the same things, there is a percentage of Japanese people who like the Caucasian look, but many prefer other nationalities with different looks.

あらら……誇張だ、差別だっていう考えが書かれているけど、ポイントは、この中でタナカさんとか他の方は、見かけは「ガイコクジン」だけど生まれ育ちが日本で中身ほぼ完璧な日本人ってところだと思います。アメリカ国籍の人間と結婚し見た目ミックスだけど中身はただの日本人という子供たちの母やってますけど、思っているよりこれ的を射てるコントなの。怒るんじゃなくて力無く笑う感じの。日本に愛着があるけど、こういう場面がしょっちゅう起こるのはちょっとトホホだぜ、っていうユーモアと捉えるべきだと感じますよ。 実際こういう事、あるんですよそれに……悪気ないんです、しかも。

Black, Latino, and white men preferred asian women, while asian men preferred Latina women. What would be the purpose of conditioning all men, except Asian men, to prefer Asian women? What would be the purpose of conditioning Asian men to prefer Latinas? If a top-down social conditioning scheme is in play, how do you explain Passport Bros? It sounds pretty silly to me.

今はKPOPやtiktokの流行りなんかもあり、日本ではアジア人らしい見た目のほうが流行ってますよ 濃い顔やハーフ顔よりも薄い顔の美人やイケメンに憧れる子が多いです、洋楽やハリウッド作品もKPOP、韓国ドラマ、日本のアニメの人気に押され昔ほど人気がないですしね 濃い＝イケメン、美人と考えるのは年配の人が多いかな

Sashi-san, Thank you so very much for this thought -provoking video. I lived and worked in Japan for four years. The 'brain-freeze' phenomenum among Japanese folks when they face a non-Japanese speaking fluent Japanese is frustrating. This would make a great PhD. dissertation study. With soooooo many gaijin on Japanese t.v. programs and now teaching in all Japanese schools through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET), there doesn't seem to be an excuse for this kind of reaction. Oh well, I guess we must be patient...but again, it is frustrating and almost unbelievable that this still happens in 2024!

Ive always found with ghibli films is the reason there are more “white” people is because a lot of Miyazaki’s and ghibli’s stories are set in a European or European inspired setting with some exceptions like spirited away and princess mononoke the later of which is predominantly Japanese characters.

It's strange to describe Japan, Korea, and China as ethnically homogeneous countries. Especially China, which tries to represent itself as all Han people, but os actually comprised of Mongols, Manchurians, Tibetans, Uighurs, Hmong, and a hundred other ethnic groups. Even Japan has Yamato people, Ainu people, Ryukyuan people, etc. These countries are far more diverse than they think of themselves as being, even before immigrant communities factor into the conversation.
