In terms of guiding volume resuscitation, i wonder if LVOT/VTI in conjunction with VeXUS would be useful?

Any tips on how to obtain a better image. Every time I get my cardiac views it is not as clear and very granular. I adjust the gain but does not seem to help.

I usually start a clip right when someone says “pulse check”, then when the clip is done, clean and continue compressions. Can review the clip during the next round of compressions.

As always, Great video and teaching! One important point to made is that it isn’t “volume” but “venous” the V of VEXUS.

I do as well. It hurts so bad. But my question is, when getting this procedure done how painful is it? That's what I'm most worried about. Do they put you to sleep? What does that look like?
