Doctor I’m have small ankle joint effusion 😢 It hurts so much that it doesn't allow me to do my daily tasks because of the pain.

I do as well. It hurts so bad. But my question is, when getting this procedure done how painful is it? That's what I'm most worried about. Do they put you to sleep? What does that look like?

In Germany we call the splenorenal recess the Koller pouch. Although I feel like the name puts too much focus on a less important region of the left upper quadrant

They're the same! Cardiology typically says "subcostal", and EM usually says "subxiphoid". Hope this helps!

In the CRL measurement example I can see two “fetal Poles” how can I differentiate wich one is actually the fetal pole? Awesome video as always
