I'm working with a group of Y6. Talking about duality and technology I have been taking my Bluetooth speaker and phone and playing music - loud! I told the children we were going to do some somatic shaking, realising stress and have a good time. I put my playlist on, and my little buddy said, "This is a forest rave!" I explained it was somatic movement 😉 and he said, "Basically a rave?" I told him yes it could be but if any real grown-ups ask, it's a somatic movement session. I now have to take my speaker to every session. 😅
